We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) or Appointment Setters!

Timings : Standard Time :

8 : 50 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST (06 : 50 PM - 3 : 00 AM PKT).

Daylight Saving Time (DST) :

Your workday begins at 8 : 50 AM - 5 : 00 PM EDT (5 : 50 PM - 2 : 00 AM PKT).

This role is commission-based, meaning your earnings will be tied to your performance. You'll earn

USD 30

for each qualified and positive meeting that occurs, and your total potential earnings can increase significantly based on your success and results.

If you're an overachiever and demonstrate consistency, you'll be eligible for a base salary after a performance evaluation. Please note that your USD 30 commission rate may be revised based on your base compensation package after the evaluation.

  • Overview :

    As a SDR / Appointment Setter at Freight Genie, you will play a pivotal role in bringing in qualified appointments / meetings for our clients. This position involves proactive outreach to potential prospects through cold calls. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities by effectively communicating the value of the services, handling objections, booking appointments / meetings for our clients, and ensuring that prospects attend the meetings as scheduled.

    In this role, you will contribute to strategy development and look for proactive techniques to drive the team’s success and to bring in more meetings for clients.

    Heads up :

    If you don’t hit your daily KPI for booked meetings, you’ll stay an extra hour to strive for it. That’s the standard. We don’t do average here—just effort, output, and results.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct high volume of outbound calls to prospects, introducing a suite of services and effectively handling objections to ultimately book meetings.

    Generate meetings and identify new business opportunities through high volume cold calling.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies for bringing in more meetings through cold calling.

    Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and qualified booked meetings.

    Provide regular reports on call activity, lead status, and outcomes.

    Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and outreach techniques.

    Assist in the creation and implementation of cold call scripts and outreach strategies.

    Act as a liaison between the outreach team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience of 2+ years in cold calling, appointment setting, or a related sales role.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to handle objections and effectively convey product benefits.

    Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    If you’re into Marvel, DC, Anime, and Gaming, that’s even better.

    Have a great taste in memes. Don’t be a boomer, no offence.

    Can beat us in a 1v1 in Call of Duty, CS, Pokémon, League of Legends, Clash Royale or you know what? Any game.
