Job Overview The Client Partner is responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships with direct advertisers to support business growth on Meta platforms. You will serve as a consultative partner—understanding client challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored digital solutions that drive measurable impact. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence client strategy in a fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Strategic Support
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted partnerships.
Understand client business objectives, marketing priorities, and audience insights to recommend effective Meta solutions.
Support strategic planning to ensure clients invest effectively across Meta’s performance and brand products.
Revenue Growth & Sales Pipeline Management
Manage a focused pipeline of opportunities aligned to growth goals.
Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and new activation opportunities to expand business.
Support commercial planning and forecasting to contribute to team and vertical targets.
Performance Analysis & Insight Delivery
Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable optimization guidance.
Advocate for testing, measurement, and advanced tools to demonstrate platform value.
Translate data into clear recommendations that drive stronger ROI and business outcomes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution Excellence
Work closely with growth and strategy teams, agency partners, and the acquisition teamsto ensure smooth execution rhythm.
Coordinate communication and workflows across Meta teams, agencies, and client stakeholders.
Stay informed on product updates, policies, and digital best practices to consult clients effectively.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Digital Media, Consultancy, or Online Advertising.
Exposure to managing or supporting corporate / enterprise clients is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including client presentations.
Analytical thinker with curiosity and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
Ability to explain digital marketing concepts clearly and persuasively.
Self‑driven, proactive, and confident in handling multiple priorities.
