Client Success Lead

Design and implement scalable SaaS and cloud-based infrastructures using Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker .

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop, deploy, and optimize microservices-based applications.

Lead customer technical onboarding , solution integration, and migrations with a focus on performance and reliability.

Automate CI / CD pipelines, conduct security and compliance reviews , and streamline deployment processes.

Support the DevOps and SRE functions by monitoring system performance, uptime, and incident resolution.

Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and viable solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis , risk assessments, and implement preventive measures for platform stability.

Ensure documentation, dashboards, and support processes are maintained for knowledge continuity and efficiency.

Act as a technical liaison between customers, product managers, and engineering teams to improve solution delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Solution Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles .

Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI / CD pipelines .

Experience with AWS , DigitalOcean , or other cloud service providers.

Strong understanding of network security, application hardening, and threat mitigation .

Familiar with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG) and scripting in Python or Bash .

Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
