We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in the software industry to join our growing team in Karachi, Pakistan as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in international hiring , with a solid understanding of Middle East hiring practices, legalities, and documentation requirements .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles across local and international markets.
- Partner directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
- Leverage exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close critical roles under tight deadlines.
- Utilize best-in-class ATS platforms and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and Middle East-specific requirements.
Requirements
6+ years of proven technical recruiting experience in the software industry.Strong track record in international hiring , especially in the Middle East region.Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills .Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timelines.Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools .What We Offer
