We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with a 3-month contract (with a possibility of permanent hire) who can work independently, and deliver top talent across engineering, energy, utility sector within North and South America.

The Role

As Senior Recruiter , you will take ownership of end-to-end international recruitment, delivering top-tier talent across diverse markets and disciplines. With your expertise, you'll ensure a seamless hiring process that meets the needs of the business while attracting high-quality candidates.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be managing full-cycle recruitment assignments.
  • Source and attract talent across engineering and utility sector (energy, civil, mechanical, electrical etc).
  • Use a blend of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, social platforms, global job boards) to target hard-to-find talent.
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver assignments.
  • Build proactive pipelines and market maps for critical skill areas.
  • Adhere to Sperton's established routines, processes and systems.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on international recruitment in North and South America.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful results across multiple engineering sectors, including utility sector, broader energy and mechanical industries.
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly to new environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
  • Tech‑savvy and confident with ATS, sourcing tools and internal systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
