Role Overview We are looking for a Sales & Doctor Onboarding Agent with strong connections or networks within the medical community. The selected candidate will convince and onboard doctors to join our Medics MP platform. This performance‑based, commission‑only role is ideal for someone confident in relationship‑building and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard qualified doctors to the Medics MP platform

Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinics

Explain platform benefits, pricing model, and support doctors through registration

Achieve monthly onboarding targets

Provide regular reporting on outreach and conversions

Requirements

Existing strong network / personal access to doctors or medical professionals

Proven experience in medical sales, pharma sales, health‑tech sales, hospital partnerships, or similar field

Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow‑up skills

Self‑driven with strong commitment to achieving results

Comfortable with commission‑only payout structure
