What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)

1+ year of dedicated remote / online sales and customer support experience.

Mandatory e‑commerce experience : Prior experience and comfort with e‑commerce sales functions (upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, or abandoned cart assistance).

Exceptional persuasion skills : A natural, proven ability to convert leads, close sales opportunities, and build excellent customer relationships through communication.

Prior customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is essential; direct e‑commerce sales experience is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with essential e‑commerce tools like Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
