KalSoft is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Manager with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ERP / Business Applications, and Automation platforms such as Nintex and Power Platform . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT enterprise sales and the ability to drive revenue through strategic account development. This is a relocation opportunity with one position available for Kuwait and one for UAE .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new enterprise and government customers across Kuwait / UAE.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.
- Promote and sell solutions in :
Microsoft Cloud & M365
Azure & Modern WorkplaceERP / Business ApplicationsSharePoint & DMSNintex / Power Automate workflow automationIT infrastructure, security, and application developmentOwn client relationships and act as primary point of contact.Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with Pre-Sales teams.Achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline KPIs.Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and account updates.Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of IT Enterprise Sales experience (mandatory).Strong understanding of :Microsoft cloud solutions
ERP / Business Applications (D365 preferred)Nintex / automation platformsSharePoint / DMSProven ability to build and close enterprise opportunities.Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions (with Pre-Sales support).Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.Compensation
