Senior Software Engineer (java)

BS / MS in Computer Science from a reputable University. We have a world-leading forensic compliance email archiving system that uses exchange functionality to ensure a copy of every sent / received email (internal / external) is copied and sent to the Main Server. Our server stores the mail permanently and allows users to search for their mail using an easy-to-use interface, as every mail and attachment is indexed. Since the mail exists in two places (exchange and main server), we want to introduce a new functionality called stubbing. The stubbing application will allow administrators to manage their storage via this application. The application will be developed by programmers and installed on the exchange server, following specific policies. Job Specification

The Senior Software Engineer should be SUN Certified and an expert in the following areas : At least 7 years of hands-on experience with JAVA and Linux Knowledge of Tomcat, Lucene Knowledge of Delphi Familiarity with email formats RFC 822, RFC 3462, and other standards Good knowledge of Fedora 9 and older versions Experience with JAVA IMAP, POP, RMI Experience with Postfix mail system Ability to lead a team of 4-5 members Dependable and timely programming skills Strong problem-solving skills High adaptability and excellent learning ability Ability to work independently and in a team Strong communication skills Location : Information Technology and Services - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
