Must have BCS / MCS from some reputed foreign or HEC-recognized institution

Must have at least 5+ years hands-on post-qualification experience and proven team lead qualities working with a reputed IT organization

Hands on experience with commercial enterprise software development; server-side Java applications, high-availability applications, Web-based applications, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, EJBs, Oracle SQL, SOA, Swing, Richfaces (A4J), Primefaces, Spring AOP, using Oracle database in a Linux environment

Complete knowledge of Java Architecture, Java Architecture for XML Binding (JAXB), Java Design Patterns

Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
