Job Responsibilities
Recording and maintaining accurate day to day financial transactions. Handling accounts payable and receivable. Managing profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Maintaining company ledgers. Handling invoices by recording and approving or denying the payments. Complete tax forms. Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements. Process accounts receivable / payable and handle payroll in a timely manner. Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system. Recording of debits and credits. Account reconciliation to assess the accuracy of transactions. Use knowledge of local and UK laws to comply with reporting requirements. Monitor any variances from the projected budget. Processing sales invoices, receipts, and payments, and also dealing with financial paperwork and filing. Job Specification
Ability to work quickly and accurately. Good concentration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Produce work with a high level of accuracy. Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow. Qualifications B.Com / BSc / M.Com / MBA / MSc in Finance / Accounting. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Experience in a UK-based firm is essential. Minimum two years’ experience in accounting / finance field. Location
