Our company is seeking to outsource a Fresh Graduate Bookkeeper and Inventory Control Specialist to our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily expenses and sales, preparing sales invoices, performing daily administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities : Bookkeeping of daily expenses and sales Creating sales invoices for walk-in customers Conducting daily administrative tasks Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records Keeping track of inventory in and out of the company

Requirements : Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
