Senior Performance Marketing Associate

FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Associate, who will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, optimizing and executing strategies that directly contribute to our business growth and enhance our global reputation. With deep expertise in performance-driven platforms and data-driven decision-making, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in steering our marketing campaigns toward maximum ROI and scalability.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on PPC, SEO / SEM, social media advertising, and other performance channels.
• Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., online advertising, direct response, targeted campaigns) and conversion rate optimization.
• Leverage analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign performance, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget for digital platforms, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on investment.
• Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies and optimize customer journeys.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating innovative practices and technologies that align with business goals.
• Conduct ongoing A / B testing for continuous improvement of engagement and performance metrics.
