Job Summary

We are looking for Growth Marketing Assistant Manager to accelerate the performance of our groceries by owning campaign execution, funnel optimization, and performance reporting. This role will be responsible for executing growth campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and delivering actionable performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution
• Plan, co-create, and execute campaigns across digital platforms in collaboration with retail partners and creative alliances.
• Develop and manage content for push notifications, SMS, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams (communications, brand, performance, retention) to deliver integrated and high-impact campaigns.
• Manage social media and in-app updates for partner promotions and retailer communications.
• Ensure marketing assets (logos, descriptions, creatives) are consistently updated across platforms.
• Execute in-app campaigns, promotions, and offers in alignment with commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to launch promotions, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with creative and commercial teams to ensure SKUs, bundles, and deals are highlighted with strong visibility.
• Manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely launches and alignment with seasonality and pay-week cycles.
• Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Funnel Management & Optimization
• Track and analyze the shopper funnel (traffic → product view → add-to-cart → checkout → order).
• Identify friction points and recommend improvements to increase conversion and basket size.
• Work with product / UX teams on features or changes that enhance user journey and retention.
• Reporting & Insights
• Build dashboards and weekly / monthly reports on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketplace KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights to the Marketing Director and leadership on what’s working vs. not.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure impact on GMV, ABV, and order growth.
• Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with commercial to define and execute campaign mechanics (discounts, vouchers, bundles, freebies).
• Work with operations to align supply, stock levels, and logistics capacity before campaigns.
• Act as the growth voice in cross-functional reviews to ensure initiatives drive measurable impact.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns requirements
