Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and oversee implementation of the ERM Framework in assigned entities.
Facilitate identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks at entity level.
Monitor risk exposures against appetite and track mitigation progress.
Prepare risk reports for entity ERM Committees and Board Audit & Risk Management Committees.
Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for continuous monitoring within assigned entities.
Provide risk management advice, training, and awareness to risk owners and staff.
Ensure compliance with the ERM Framework and foster a strong risk culture in assigned entities.
