We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls from various marketing channels, sell tourism packages, and follow up with customers to obtain reviews after their experience. Requirements : 1–2 years of experience in an inbound campaign Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Proven experience in sales and customer support Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales are a plus
