Quality Assurance Officer

Riphah International University is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Officer to join its dedicated team. This role focuses on conducting internal quality audits across academic and administrative departments to ensure compliance with institutional policies, standard operating procedures, and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate uses strong analytical abilities and keen attention to detail to identify gaps, document findings accurately, and recommend effective corrective actions that enhance overall institutional performance. The Quality Assurance Officer supports continuous improvement by developing and updating quality assurance frameworks and documentation. They also play a key role in supporting accreditation processes, compliance reviews, and performance evaluations. The position requires effective communication skills for preparing audit reports and coordinating with various departments to monitor the implementation of improvement plans. The candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing, preferably within the educational sector, and possess proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough internal quality audits of academic and administrative departments to assess adherence to institutional policies, SOPs, and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate compliance and identify areas of non‑conformance or gaps in quality processes across departments.
• Document audit findings comprehensively and prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate results and recommended actions.
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures based on audit outcomes to promote enhancements in institutional quality standards.
• Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of quality assurance frameworks, policies, and documentation to reflect regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Support preparation and coordination of accreditation processes by ensuring up‑to‑date documentation and compliance evidence.
• Contribute to compliance reviews and performance evaluations by providing relevant data and insights derived from audit activities.
• Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to track and follow up on the implementation status of quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to audit findings, corrective actions, and quality assurance activities using MS Office and data management tools.
• Stay informed about developments in quality assurance practices, accreditation standards, and educational regulations to continuously improve audit strategies and frameworks.
