Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Oversee the organizations marketing budget.
Create and publish all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Develop strong partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role.
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
Experience in managing social media platforms.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and attend events outside regular business hours as required for campaigns and marketing events.
