Job Summary The Position will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of fabric and finished products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to identify and rectify defects in real time. The individual will work closely with production and quality teams to maintain consistent standards, ensure compliance with company requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Inspect fabric for defects and recommend appropriate remedial actions. Ensure compliance with quality standards and classification systems. Detect and document quality deviations through visual and technical inspection. Make quick, data-based decisions to maintain production efficiency and product quality. Communicate effectively and negotiate resolutions with internal stakeholders. Manage inspection schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting targets. Handle quality-related conflicts and coordinate with production for timely resolution. Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records. Utilize MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional coordination. Qualification :

Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc) or Bachelor’s Degree Experience :

2–3 years of relevant experience in textile quality, fabric inspection, or final product quality assurance.
