Spire Technologies is looking for a Head of Product Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge financial technology products.

This role is perfect for an experienced engineering leader who can balance hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership in the banking & financial services industry.

What You’ll Do : Define and drive product development strategy & roadmap Lead scalable, secure, compliant enterprise-grade applications Oversee integrations with banking systems, APIs, and payment gateways Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams Implement best practices in microservices, CI / CD, DevSecOps & cloud
