Head Of HR

URGENT HIRING : Seeking a Head of HR for our office in Karachi (Night Shift from 08 : 00pm to 05 : 00am).

The incumbent must be an MBA (HR) with a minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 8 years in a Head or Managerial role, and should have worked in all areas of HR. Knowledge of International Recruitment & Selection (USA), onboarding process for the USA, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, HRMS Software, Organizational Development, and Training & Development is mandatory for meeting the basic criteria of this position.
