Leading the team of powerhouse by using all managerial and technical skills of self and the staff so as to provide un-interruptible power supply at all times. Reporting to Manager power house / GM for all matters of powerhouse. Keeping track of routine maintenance program and coordinating with the gensets suppliers DPSL and ALSTOM. Supervising and educating the power house staff from time to time updating with the management policies and planning. Coordination with HSE department in implementing safety measures in powerhouse and issuing instruction accordingly to the staff. Coordinating with other departments for the matters related to the powerhouse. To manage all disciplinary and welfare matters of powerhouse staff. Job Specification
