Assistant Manager - Maintenance

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or DAE in Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities : Plan and organize routine scheduled maintenance work; respond to equipment faults; diagnose breakdown problems; lead the team for quick corrective maintenance. Execute preventive maintenance plans. Design or fabricate faulty parts within the company or through outside vendors; fit new parts and ensure equipment operates correctly. Liaise with outside vendors and markets for purchasing new or used machines and equipment. Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. Maintain backup inventories of all critical parts, machines, and fittings components. Monitor and control maintenance costs. Handle emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs. Maintain maintenance tools, stores, and equipment. Job Specification

Hands-on experience maintaining automatic and semi-automatic pneumatically operated production lines. Experience with screw heavy compressors, dryers, high-pressure lines, and forklift trucks. Good knowledge of electrical panels, generators, and other basic equipment.
