The Technical Product and QA Manager role would entail : Liaising between the business team in the US and the engineering team in Karachi. Understanding new feature concepts from customers and the business team in the US. Presenting those ideas to the engineering team through mockups. Working with the engineering team through the technical implementation of the new features. Writing clear feature descriptions, project documents, and support documentation. Using prototyping or wireframe tools to present new feature concepts to the engineering team. Translating feature functions into concrete visual designs based on the strategic direction set by management. Providing feedback and input on the strategic direction of the product. The work schedule for the Technical Product and QA Manager would be : Full time, 40 to 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 20 to 25 hours in the office working with the engineering team in Karachi, ideally from 2 to 6 pm weekdays. 20 to 25 hours in the office or at home meeting with the business team in the US from 7 to 11 pm weekdays.
