Reporting to : CEO
Salary : PKR 625,000 – 791,666 per month + shift allowance PKR 41,600 per month
Hours : 40hrs, Monday to Friday (12 : 00pm – 9 : 00pm)
Holiday : 17 days leave + Public Holidays

About the role
As the Head of Product, you will have an impact on shaping the future of Giant Screening’s platform by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap that will transform iCHEX into a category-leading global screening solution. Therefore, you will lead the Product team and work closely with Development, Implementation, Operations, and Leadership to deliver scalable, intuitive, AI-enhanced features that meet the needs of both Managed Service and SaaS clients. The desired outcome of this will be to elevate our platform to modern SaaS standards, enable global expansion across checks and onboarding, and create an exceptional UX / UI experience that defines how thousands of clients and candidates engage with screening.
