Role Overview

The LCR & Billing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing international call traffic, routing strategies, and billing data from multiple countries and carriers. This role requires a cost-conscious mindset to minimize expenses, enhance operational efficiency, and support management in making informed, cost-effective decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze Least Cost Routing (LCR) to optimize international call traffic.
• Review and evaluate call rates and invoices from multiple countries and vendors.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize telecom costs and maximize productivity.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide cost-efficient decision-making.
• Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and finance teams.
• Prepare detailed reports on routing performance, billing trends, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to streamline processes and reporting.
• Stay updated on international telecom trends, rate changes, and regulations.
