DEPUTY DIRECTOR PROCUREMENT

Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy for efficiency and cost savings. Establish strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with ICAP policies. Lead procurement negotiations and contract management. Ensure ethical sourcing and compliance enforcement. Ensure governance and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities. Drive cost optimization and identify local sourcing opportunities. Develop procurement performance reports and promote ethical compliance. Represent ICAP in industry forums and stakeholder engagements. Job Specifications

At least a CA Finalist or a Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of procurement or supply chain management experience. Candidates with turnkey projects procurement experience will have an edge. Skills Required
