Masters in Public Health, Development or related field.

The Director will be responsible for institutional growth and sustainability and programmatic effectiveness. S / he will lead a team of professionals to ensure the development and maintenance of organizational systems and structures. Aahung is currently undergoing strategic planning for the next three-year phase. The Director's vision for Aahung will constitute an integral component of this plan, determining possibilities for growth and effectiveness.

• Senior Management : Visionary leadership, human resource and institutional management.
• Financial Management : Resource mobilization, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Advocacy or Marketing : Strategic networking, event management, media campaigning and social marketing.
• Strategic planning and implementation : Programme development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
