Documentation, innovation scalability & performance optimization , mentoring and leadership. Hands-on experience in Oracle databases, with proficiency in versions 11gR2 ,12c and preferably in 19c. Collaboration and communication. Proven experience in designing robust system that align with project requirements and organizational objectives. Expertise in designing systems and databases that are scalable, performant, and adaptable to future growth. Overseeing and ensuring the quality, consistency, and maintainability of the codebase through effective design principles.
