We are a startup company and looking for someone to head our IT functions. Interested candidates should forward their applications. The ideal candidate should be someone who can :

• Prepare strategic and operational plans for the Information Communications Technology (ICT) function to ensure that all necessary ICT tools, processes, and systems are in place to meet the current and future requirements of the business.
• Ensure development and installation of information communication technology systems and hardware through close coordination with vendors.
• Ensure smooth function of all ICT systems - website, call center, field service software, accounting system, anti-virus software, print services, and email provision, etc., to support the organization’s day-to-day business operations.
• Develop and manage ICT security strategy and disaster recovery plans to minimize the risk of data loss and breach of business information - data protection from internal and external attacks, network access, backup systems, etc.
• Manage staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
• Plan, design, develop, and implement the budget (and obtain competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness).
• Monitor random internal and external checks to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operative performance, especially for receiving calls and emails from customers, i.e., requests / orders, and timely dispatch thereof.
• Create and maintain a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.

Job Specification

Requirements :

IT graduate with 2-3 years of experience is a plus. Technical and organizational skills, leadership and team building, hardworking and self-driven, problem solver and multi-tasking skills, sound ethics and manners.
