What You’ll Be Doing :

Financial Operations : Manage day-to-day transactions, reconciliations, and ensure smooth financial workflows. Expense & Budget Control : Keep track of spending, flag unnecessary costs, and ensure budgets are optimized. Accounts Management : Oversee payables, receivables, and ensure vendors & suppliers are paid on time. Reporting & Analysis : Prepare financial reports that actually make sense and help drive business decisions. Process Improvement : Identify ways to automate, simplify, and optimize financial processes. Collaboration : Work closely with sales, procurement, and leadership to align financial strategies. Compliance & Accuracy : Ensure adherence to accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Table :

Up to 3 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and a love for problem-solving. Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems. Excellent organizational skills—because a well-managed ledger is a thing of beauty! The ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to change quickly.
