Responsibilities

• Apply deep process and service knowledge to ensure service level agreements and obligations are met.
• Co‑owner of standard operating procedure development, driving standardization and simplification.
• Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies, data protection regulations and applicable law.
• Analyze and report on exceptions, offer recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
• Responsible for payments for foreign suppliers / intercompany services, including recording payment entries.
• Record invoices and follow up on goods / services receipts.
• Open letter of credit requests and manage import shipments with related documents.
• Cash management and issuing export forms.
• Follow‑up on intercompany accounts and bank agreements.
• Prepare month‑end and annual accounts payable reports.
• Respond to supplier inquiries about payment.

What You Will Bring

Experience & Education

Experience : At least 2‑3 years in supplier accounts or related field.

Education / Certifications : University degree in Accounting or related discipline.
