Ibex, for one of its global clients, is hiring a Business Analyst to join the EU Data Analytics team . We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the FP&A function . This cross‑functional role blends strong analytical and technical expertise with sound business acumen . The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities through the use of modern data tools and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the FP&A team to provide analytical support in monitoring KPI , forecasting metrics , financial reporting and pricing models.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data‑driven insights that inform financial decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain automated reports , and data pipelines using SQL and / or Python .
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality through automation.
  • Work closely with data engineering and other analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models that support strategic planning and performance analysis.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2 years experience as a financial analyst or a similar role .
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction , transformation , and analysis.
  • Must possess hands‑on experience with Python.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Self‑starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for using data to drive business value.
