We are seeking applications for the position of
Officer Payroll . Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online. Job responsibilities
Manage preparation of monthly payroll for all permanent, contractual and temporary staff of the Bank, providing payroll data to Finance Department for recording in proper head of accounts. Update data in HRIS for payroll processing. Effectively manage all deductions like Taxes, EOBI, PF, Employee Welfare Trust and all other including staff loan deductions. Coordinate the incentive / bonus payment after proper verification. Resolve any salary / incentive / bonus / medical and other issues related to reimbursement for staff by verifying claims and removing errors of any sort. Ensure completeness of documents for processing financing by properly verifying from the concerned offices in order to process it according to the Bank’s policy. Scrutinize cases to comply with the requirements mentioned in the HR Policy. Prepare sanction advises for payment to the employee. Prepare financing approvals and calculate Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) to calculate amount that is to be sanctioned. Ensure to keep and maintain record related to cases presented for financing. Submit report pertained to payroll to the FBR on matters subject to taxation. Ensure issuance of Tax Certifies timely basis and manage all tax related matters & their adjustments. To ensure implementation of Fair Treatment of Customers (FTCs) guidelines issued by SBP / Bank from time to time. To ensure Compliance of guidelines related to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Banking on Equality (BOE) and Senior Citizens and meet assigned targets. To ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies, SOPs of SBP & NRSP Bank. To follow superior ethical practices in dealing with clients and other stakeholders. Any Other Task Assigned by Management.
