Job description

Order Directly is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

List of Activities :
  • Recruitment
  • Post jobs for open positions
  • Shortlist candidates
  • Establish communication, schedule and conduct interviews with the department heads
  • Complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees
  • Keep recruitment active throughout the year
  • HR Documents
  • Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data / Documents
  • Maintain company HR documents
  • Updating templates for company HR documents as needed
  • Enforcing Company HR Policies
  • Processing leaves and PTO’s
  • Monitoring daily attendance and company clock-in, clock-out system
  • Execute employee terminations / resignations and conduct exit Interviews
  • Maintain and execute employee growth plan
  • Payroll
  • Maintain payroll setup and policies
  • Processing payroll data for all employees
  • Reconcile attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, advance / loans
  • Maintain provident, gratuity and other funds
  • General Responsibilities

    • Weekly reports on employee status to management
    • Monthly reports on HR related changes, activities to the executive team
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Job Specification

      Required Skills

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
