0-6 months (Fresher can also apply) Immediate Joining Our client is hiring a Compliance Analyst (Entry-Level, Remote Pakistan - Based). The ideal candidate is a graduate of IBA or LUMS, eager to learn and start a career in AML / CFT compliance. This role offers in-depth training, client exposure across the MENA region, and an opportunity to work on policy development, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks. Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and reviewing AML / CFT policies based on jurisdictional regulations Participate in compliance training development and delivery Support compliance risk assessments and help identify areas for improvement Work closely with clients to implement and maintain effective compliance systems Stay informed on evolving AML / CFT laws and market-specific regulations Prepare compliance reports and documentation Provide ongoing support for client AML processes and sanctions screening Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from IBA or LUMS Excellent English communication (written and spoken) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Self-motivated with a willingness to learn What we offered
