Make daily cold calls and send emails / texts to connect with prospects Convert prospects and leads into Bobtail clients Collaborate with the team to achieve individual, team, and company goals Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM (Salesforce) Track progress and improve performance with sales tools Learn about each client’s needs, industry, and competitors Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects and clients Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle Present the value of Bobtail products and services to prospects Stay current on company offerings and industry trends Qualifications
3 years of B2B cold calling & outbound sales experience Fluency in English is required SaaS experience is a plus US Trucking Industry knowledge is a plus CRM usage experience is preferred (Salesforce is a plus) Start-up experience is a plus Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Consistent track record of achievement and hitting quotas Strong verbal and written communication and confidence when interacting with clients Ability to discover and understand customer needs and propose solutions Motivated, driven, self-starter with grit and accountability Own a modern laptop with a working camera (not older than 3 years) Internet speed of 50 Mbps required Educational background
