CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Are you a night owl with excellent communication skills? Qubic Cloud is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the evening shift from 8 : 00 PM to 2 : 00 AM.

Job responsibilities will include : Handling customers' inquiries and addressing their concerns Document the calls according to the standard procedures. Route calls to appropriate sources Manage and resolve customers' complaints Give an overview to the customers about the product Job Specification

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
