About the Role :
We are hiring highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You will be responsible for guiding clients through our publishing services, handling live chats / emails, conducting discovery calls, and upselling add-ons like audiobooks and websites.
Key Responsibilities
Handle DMs, live chat, emails, and sales calls
Understand and pitch ghostwriting / publishing packages
Follow up leads using our CRM system
Close deals confidently and ethically
Offer upgrades (audiobook, website, marketing kit)
Track KPIs and report lead progress
Requirements
Experience in CSR, chat / email sales, or BPO (preferred)
Ability to work night shift (US / Canada)
Confident, professional, self-organized
Familiarity with sales pipelines or CRMs (training provided)
