Abnotix Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving inquiries related to our telecommunications products and services. Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments for resolution. Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred. Able to work in Evening and Night Shift. Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the telecommunications industry (0-2 years). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with telecommunications products and services. Proficiency in basic computer applications. Other Job Details : Number of Positions : 10. Urgent Hiring : Yes. Shifts : Evening / Night.
