Analyst A2P & IoT Assurance

Overview

We\'re looking for a motivated Analyst to join our

Business Assurance

team. In this role, you\'ll be at the heart of making sure our digital products— from A2P messaging to IoT— run smoothly, securely, and without revenue leakages. You\'ll work with data, identify anomalies and risks, and contribute to AI-driven models that help us stay ahead of problems before they happen. This is a great opportunity for problem-solving, data analysis, and growth in the digital and telecom technologies space. What you\'ll do?

Keep a close eye on revenue streams from products like A2P, IoT, and Cloud solutions. Spot and help resolve mismatches or risks in billing, usage, or data flows. Use tools like Python, SQL and Excel to analyze data and ensure accuracy. Support the design and fine-tuning of

AI models

for anomaly detection. Prepare reports and share insights to help teams make better decisions. Work closely with Finance, IT, Technical, and Commercial teams. Sugg est and support process improvements to make our work smarter and more efficient. Requirements

What we\'re looking for? A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Telecom, or related fields. 1-2 years of relevant experience is great, but

fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply . Basic knowledge of telecom and digital products is a plus. Comfortable with tools like Python, SQL, Excel, or similar. What will help you shine?
