What You’ll Do :

Search and shortlist quality jobs on Upwork that match our core services Craft personalized, engaging, and winning proposals Maintain consistent daily bidding activity and achieve monthly targets Initiate and manage client communications on Upwork professionally Collaborate with our sales and tech team to develop tailored sales strategies Keep accurate records of bids, leads, conversions, and follow-ups Stay updated with Upwork's trends, filters, and algorithm changes

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 2 years of experience with Upwork bidding or online lead generation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong understanding of client requirements and attention to detail Familiarity with services like Web Development, Design, SEO, Digital Marketing and Software Solutions Must be available to work onsite full-time at our Lahore office A self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
