Job Description : Urgent Hiring : Lead Generation Specialist Location : DHA Phase 6 (Evening 5 : 30 PM - 2 AM) Monday-Friday Salary Range : Rs 30,000 About the Role : We're searching for a motivated and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about identifying potential clients and opportunities, this role could be perfect for you. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job bots, Glassdoor, Indeed, Google Jobs, and others. Research : Conduct thorough research to gather data on potential clients and markets, helping us expand our reach and grow our business. Tools & Platforms : Utilize LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other online platforms to source and generate leads. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads and contribute to the overall business strategy. Requirements : PERSONAL LAPTOP : Must have your own working laptop! Educational Qualification : Minimum qualification of Intermediate (Matric) in Science subjects. Experience : Fresh to 1 year of experience in lead generation, with a previous track record in the staffing industry. Knowledge of Online Tools : Familiarity with LinkedIn, job bots, Glassdoor, Indeed, Google Jobs, and similar platforms. Research Skills : Strong ability to conduct detailed research and gather accurate information. Team Player : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
