Job Overview Devsinc is seeking a

Principal Technical Consultant (Infrastructure) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

to lead

cloud architecture, ERP infrastructure design, security, performance optimization, and large‑scale deployments . This is a

strategic leadership role

responsible for

driving cloud transformation, optimizing enterprise ERP performance, and ensuring security & compliance .

The

ideal candidate

will have

extensive experience in D365 F&O infrastructure management ,

cloud / hybrid deployments ,

Azure cloud solutions , and a

proven track record of leading enterprise‑level implementations .

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Infrastructure Strategy & Solution Design

Architect and implement

highly scalable, secure, and high‑availability ERP infrastructure

on

Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments .

Define and execute

ERP migration strategies , including

on‑premises to cloud transitions .

Develop

cloud governance frameworks, security policies, and infrastructure best practices .

Oversee

disaster recovery planning, backup solutions, and failover architecture .

Cloud & On‑Premises Infrastructure Leadership

Design and manage

Microsoft Azure environments , ensuring

cost optimization, security, and high availability .

Oversee

D365 F&O infrastructure performance monitoring, proactive scaling, and environment tuning .

Optimize

SQL Server databases, Azure virtual machines, and storage solutions

for ERP workloads.

Ensure

seamless integration between D365 F&O, Power Platform, and third‑party applications .

Performance Optimization & Enterprise Security

Lead

load balancing, clustering, and performance tuning

initiatives to improve system resilience.

Implement

Azure Security best practices, identity & access management (IAM), and role‑based access control (RBAC) .

Conduct

security assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits .

Ensure adherence to

ISO 27001, GDPR, and industry security standards .

ERP Deployment & Lifecycle Services Management

Manage

end‑to‑end ERP infrastructure setup , from

sandbox environments to production rollouts .

Utilize

Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) and DevOps pipelines

for efficient deployment and maintenance.

Ensure

CI / CD automation for D365 F&O environments , reducing manual deployment efforts.

Drive

cloud‑native modernization

with

containerization, microservices, and serverless computing .

Leadership, Collaboration & Innovation

Act as a

technical advisor

for C‑level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders.

Lead

cross‑functional collaboration

between infrastructure, security, and ERP functional teams.

Mentor and guide

technical consultants , ensuring best practices and team upskilling.

Stay updated with

Microsoft cloud advancements , influencing technology adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's / Master’s in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .

Certifications (Preferred) :

Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect Certification

Experience :

8+ years in ERP infrastructure consulting , with

5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O infrastructure & cloud solutions .

Proven experience in

enterprise‑scale infrastructure architecture, cloud security, and hybrid ERP solutions .

Hands‑on expertise in

Azure cloud services, SQL Server administration, and ERP performance tuning .

Key Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise

Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, networking, and security .

Deep expertise in

D365 F&O infrastructure, performance optimization, and global deployments .

Proficiency in

SQL Server high availability (HA) & disaster recovery (DR) strategies .

Experience in

Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), containerization, and cloud automation .

Strong grasp of

Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and enterprise device management .

Strategic & Leadership Skills

Ability to

develop cloud transformation roadmaps and advise senior stakeholders .

Strong

analytical, decision‑making, and risk management skills

for mission‑critical ERP systems.

Track record of

leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and defining best practices .

Excellent communication skills for

technical presentations, executive briefings, and client advisory .
