Lead Consultant / Engagement Manager

We are seeking a Lead Consultant / Engagement Manager to drive digital transformation programs, lead stakeholder engagements, and deliver enterprise-wide technology strategies. The ideal candidate has deep experience in consulting, technology leadership, and building scalable digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across government, corporate, and enterprise environments.
• Conduct digital maturity assessments, develop enterprise architecture roadmaps, and design transformation strategies.
• Facilitate C-suite and stakeholder workshops to align on business priorities and translate pain points into actionable solutions.
• Oversee agile product delivery teams and guide technology adoption including AI / ML, cloud, Web3, and emerging tech.
• Drive organizational redesign, shared services setup, and change management across large, multi‑entity groups.
• Lead diagnostics to identify operational gaps and define future‑state governance, operating models, and KPIs.
• Support platform development for eCommerce, B2B / B2C marketplaces, logistics, and ERP / CRM systems.
• Provide C‑suite advisory and stakeholder management.
• Product and technology leadership.
• Organizational restructuring & shared services.
• Startup and scale‑up leadership.
