We’re seeking a motivated and articulate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients responsible for engaging new leads, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right solutions from our company. This position focuses on outreach and relationship-building rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on business needs, timeline, and fit.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and lead strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in customer outreach, lead generation, or related role (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision‑makers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
