Job Role / Responsibilities Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Treasury, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with banking requirements, efficient funds management, timely payment processing, and coordination with banks for fund movements and account management.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange funds for payroll, vendor payments, and other operational needs.
Process vendor payments within defined KPIs and ensure timely execution.
Manage funds efficiently to optimize returns.
Prepare and maintain documentation for banking operations.
Coordinate with banks for account openings, closures, and signatory updates (additions, deletions, or amendments).
Ensure compliance with internal and external banking requirements.
Prepare and process Letters of Credit (opening, amendment, retirement, endorsement).
Manage foreign currency (FCY) inward remittances and payments.
Coordinate inter-entity fund transfers and ensure timely availability of funds.
Prepare and submit foreign currency payment requests to banks and obtain relevant advices.
Prepare monthly cash flow projections and assist in month‑end closing activities.
Support in monitoring and ensuring adherence to treasury‑related policies and procedures.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements You should have :
Bachelors (16 years of education) / Masters in progress. Master would be preferred
Minimum 2 years of related experience in Treasury or Banking related functio
strong understanding of banking processes, financial systems, and treasury operations.
proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
proficiency in use of computer packages specially MS Office.
the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
