Job D escription :
- Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level
- Support and assist in candidate sourcing to generate a reasonable number of applicants against the required position by using recruitment channels
- Post the assigned job on all identified recruitment channels, i.e. Indeed, Rozee.PK Recruiter Lite WhatsApp Groups and all other free and paid channels, as soon as a VSF against any position is received
- Maintain proper filing and recording in the ATS record of each position.
- Shortlist candidates with provided / decided criteria for the job, and coordinate for scheduling Interviews upon further process
- Assist with and coordinate with HRM for documentation & onboarding
- Support in Branding the company image while conducting initial interviews
- Share the company's profile & group profile with all shortlisted candidates
- Utilize the ATS and enhancements in the automation dashboard reporting effectively.
- Complete the special projects as per laid-down SLAs and quality standards
