Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes to attract and retain top talent. Foster positive employee relations and provide effective conflict resolution. Drive performance management Oversee attendance and leave management. Maintain accurate HR data Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in HR or related role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software / tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage. Why Join Us?
