As a Calling Agent, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement team, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products / services and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote (product / service) and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Achieve and exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
